Dear Reader,

When it comes to digital downloads, which way do you want to go? Let state and local politicians hit you with multiple unfair taxes on digital goods such as apps, games, music and movies, or pay just one, fair tax for each purchase?

It’s a no brainer, right? But as it stands now, you could be double or even triple taxed for a single digital goods purchase. For example, if your cell phone is registered in Ohio and you purchase an app while travelling through Indiana from a company based in California, there’s nothing protecting you from being taxed by all three jurisdictions.

Now is the time to demand action from Washington if we want to prevent these unfair taxes. Congress is considering a bill that would do just that, and it’s up to us to make sure they make the right decision.

Stand with RedState Editor Erick Erickson and thousands of activists from across the country by joining MyWireless.org in the fight against multiple unfair download taxes. Together, we can beat these outrageous taxes once and for all.

Sincerely,

Team MyWireless.org
